The perfect winter warmer. The deep, full flavour of elderberry wine is the perfect choice for mulling. Christmas just wouldn't be the same without a steamy cup of this fruity wine with it's tingly, spicy notes.
To make up the mulled wine you will need to pour the bottle in a pan with equal amount of water then bring to a simmer. Then add the spices from the bag and add sugar to taste (I would recommend dissolving 1 table spoon at a time and keep tasting).
